Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: If a client requests cancellation, services will be terminated within 5 business days from the request date. Prepaid fees for services scheduled after the cancellation date may be eligible for a refund in accordance with our refund policy outlined below.

Cancellation Terms: No refund will be provided for milestones that have already been completed. If a cancellation request is made while a milestone is in progress, a refund of 25% of the payment for that specific milestone will be issued.

REFUND POLICY

Clients who have prepaid for services may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unused portion, provided the cancellation request is made within the notice period specified above.

If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, the client will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation point. Any overpayment will be refunded.

At Scribe Cosmo , we take every project seriously, handling it professionally to ensure the client receives results in line with the terms and conditions of the proposal. However, if the client is dissatisfied with the outcome and has followed the dispute resolution process, we do consider refund requests according to the following schedule, which outlines the services provided and our refund policy for each service.

Processing Refunds

Refund Request: All refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Approval Timeframe: Once a refund request is received, Scribe Cosmo will process it within 14 business days.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the client's preferred payment method.
